Q: When are orders delivered?
A: For regular shipping of orders: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. For express shipping: Please send an email to ExpressShipping@Olays.com with your zip code and the item(s) you are looking to order, and we'll reply to you with your express shipping options.

Q: How much is Shipping & Handling?
A: It's a flat rate of $5.95 for regular shipping. In other words, even if you buy 20 items you'll only pay $5.95 for Shipping & Handling. For express shipping the rates vary, please contact us as described above for more information.

Q: How do I know my payment information is sent securely?
A: When you access the ordering pages, you enter an area that uses SSL, the industry-standard encryption technology for sending payment information securely. Your browser will show a security symbol (a lock, for example) on the bottom which indicates you are communicating using this security technology.

Q: Can I order in ways other than on-line?

Q: How are orders shipped?
A: Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on the weight of the item(s).

Q: How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
A: It's a straight-forward guarantee: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, we'll refund you the purchase price, provided that:

1) You return it to us within 30 days of purchase to the following address.
